Lead Generation
LeadGen/Contact form displayed in spaces enabling the owners to generate potential leads. The form could be built by either the space owner or the site admin depending on feasibility.

Hi Brandon, we already have a widget that can be placed on any of the sidebars of your Spaces and a form shortcode can be used there. Please check this doc:https://spacesengine.com/docs/adding-a-contact-form/
Well, that currently requires contact form 7, but I am looking forward to doing this with the planned fluent forms integration.
